Associate Attorney
Baxter Bruce & Sullivan is one of the oldest and most well-established law firms in Southeast Alaska. A private practice in the state capital of Juneau, we practice in a wide range of legal areas including litigation, probate/estate, family law, business, real property, and intellectual property, just to name a few. Legal Assistant
Baxter Bruce & Sullivan P.C., a long standing and award-winning law firm in Southeast Alaska, is seeking a responsible full-time Legal Assistant to work with our litigation and family law team in a fast-paced creative legal environment.
Legal Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, communicating with clients and third parties, assisting with the preparation of legal documents, and performing other administrative tasks as requested.
Applicant must be a self-motivated team player, have excellent customer service skills, possess the ability to thoroughly proofread, have professional-level office communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, manage their time efficiently, and be detail oriented.
Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office platforms and should be comfortable navigating a variety of other computer software and online programs. We offer professional development opportunities and a competitive salary and benefits package. Prior experience in a legal environment is preferred.
