Baxter Bruce & Sullivan P.C., a long standing and award-winning law firm in Southeast Alaska, is seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced and creative legal environment.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering and directing telephone calls, greeting clients, distributing mail and hand delivered correspondence, maintaining various filing systems, scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, and assisting in daily office needs.
Applicant must be a self-motivated team player, have excellent customer service skills, possess professional office communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, have good time management skills, and be detail oriented.
Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office platforms and should be comfortable navigating a variety of other computer software and online programs. Prior experience in a legal environment is preferred.
