Biography

Rhodalie Yadao was born in Honolulu Hawaii and just before she turned 3 years old, her family moved to Sitka, Alaska. She graduated from Sitka High School, attended the University of Hawaii Manoa, and completed her undergraduate studies at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington with a B.A. in Political Science. Rhoda is also a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.

Rhoda joined Baxter Bruce & Sullivan in July 1999 where she worked as the receptionist and file clerk. She then became a legal assistant in 2003 with her primary focus on Estate Planning and Bankruptcy. Rhoda to able to pursue her passion in serving clients with their estate planning needs and assisting clients with their financial difficulties through the bankruptcy process.

Rhoda stepped into the position of Office Administrator in June 2024 after her predecessor retired. Although she handles more of the Administrative duties at the firm now, Rhoda has the legal experience to step in and assist when needed.

Rhoda is married and has four children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, serving in her church, and traveling around the world to places near and far.
