Biography

Rhodalie Yadao was born in Honolulu Hawaii and moved to Sitka, Alaska when she is almost 3 years old. She graduated from Sitka High School, attended the University of Hawaii Manoa, and completed her undergraduate studies at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington with a B.A. in Political Science and a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.

Rhoda joined Baxter Bruce & Sullivan in 1999 where she worked as the receptionist and file clerk before becoming a legal assistant. She primarily focuses on Estate Planning and Bankruptcy. These two areas of law have allowed Rhoda to grow and pursue her passion in community service by helping clients with their estate needs, and assisting clients to resolve their financial difficulties through the bankruptcy process.

Rhoda has served on many local boards and committees, some of which include serving as a board member of her church, past president of an elementary and a middle school parent teacher organization and site council, and President and board member of a local basketball program.

Rhoda is married and has four children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing in her church’s music ministry, and traveling to places near and far.
